ROLE OVERVIEW • JumpCloud is growing internationally and hiring engineers for its Device Management (MDM / endpoint management) area. The work moves from broad cloud microservices to a deep understanding of operating-system internals (macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android) and how they talk to the cloud. • You build software that lets IT administrators remotely configure, patch, secure and monitor thousands of endpoints from one place: cross-OS device-management engines, MDM and Declarative Device Management telemetry, custom system agents and zero-touch enrolment pipelines.
